The Legend of the Crucifix Fish
![]()
Of all the fishes in the sea
our Lord chose the lowly sailcat
to remind us of his misery.
His body on the cross is outlined,
the hilt of the sword
which was plunged into his side
is clearly defined.
Look at the back of the fish's bone
where the Roman shield is shown.
When you shake the cross
you will hear the dice being tossed
for our Lord's blood stained dress.
Those who hear them will be blessed.

I Dreamt I Stood at Calvary

I dreamt I stood at Calvary On left and right were nailed two thieves The soldier took his sword in hand He said, "You there, prepare to die I quickly fell upon my knees And then a voice both soft and sweet "Let this one go, take me instead With His body torn and bleeding Then Jesus laid upon the cross That all my sins be washed away, He stretched His arms out open wide As they prepared to nail Him there They drove the spikes in His hands and feet His bones were shaken out of joint "Forgive them, Father," was His cry God must have wept when He realized When I awoke, the night had passed, I cried, "Dear Lord, forgive me please For You sent down Your only Son And I see You included me Yes I dreamt I stood at Calvary Yet no longer do I need to fear Author Unknown Click on the Cross to go to Page 6 Click on the Cross to return to Page 4 Jesus
Christ's Face by Aggemian and the Shroud of Turin The
Background Music is "Were You There".
And saw three crosses there;
The cross between was bare.
Then pointed it at me,
That cross is meant for thee."
For mercy did I cry,
As strong hands grabbed my hands and feet
I shouted, "Why, oh why?"
Was heard above the din,
I'll pay his price for sin."
And thorn marks round His head,
With bruises where they beat Him
He stepped into my stead.
His life did freely give,
And through His death, I'd live.
No struggle did He make,
His life they meant to take.
And slammed the cross in place,
And blood ran down His face.
"They know not what they do,"
He sacrificed His only Son for YOU.
And sunshine flooded in,
And cleanse me of my sin.
A ransom for the lost,
When counting out the cost."
And saw those crosses three,
Knowing Jesus died for me.
